佛山市顺德区北滘青年企业家（青商）协会成立于2010年4月，是由北滘镇政府倡导成立的具有独立法人资格的群众性社会团体。协会自成立以来，以推动本地区社会经济发展和团结、凝聚、培养广大优秀青年企业家为中心任务，促进与国内外青年企业的交流与合作。
      截止目前，协会有260多名会员，均为企业的负责人，主要行业分布为电器、家具等相关配套行业为主，其次为机械、机电、化工、涂料、投资、金融、设计等行业。其中，有美的集团千亿级企业和广东精艺金属股份有限公司、广东德尔玛科技股份有限公司等知名企业。
      为了进一步提高我会的综合服务能力和会务水平，我会专门成立了服务平台，由会长、理监事成员、会员、秘书处工作人员组成。我会的常规活动计划皆由服务平台成员讨论通过决定，由秘书处统筹执行。
      协会日常活动由党支部及八大部门开展：1、北滘青企党支部 2、会员服务部；3、创新提升服务部；4、金融资讯服务部；5、亲子服务部；6、拓展外联服务部；7、法税服务部；8、慈善基金服务部；9、秘书处。各部门按其职责，在部长带领下开展创新的多渠道多方式的活动，为会员提供交流平台，增强企业家与政府职能部门之间的沟通交流。
      2014年6月，我会成立了北滘青企慈善基金，发扬“不忘初心，回馈社会”的青企慈善精神。2017年11月，我会党支部成立，不忘初心，牢记使命。2020年10月，成立志愿服务队，打破传统帮扶模式。协会将不断地加强探索和实践，强化自身的影响力和凝聚力，引领北滘青年企业家迎风破浪，扬帆前进。
      协会成立至今，已组织走访伊之密、联塑、昇辉、小熊电器、悍高等顺德名优企业及会员企业约260家；走进了浙江大学、北京大学、上海交通大学、复旦大学、香港中文大学等10多家国内知名学府研修学习；前往了德国、英国、瑞士、韩国、日本、越南等国家考察；开展多期政企联动、专题讲座和培训等活动。积极为会员搭建学习平台增强企业家之间的经验交流，促进企业稳健成长。

Introductionof YEABJ

Beijiao Young Entrepreneurs Association (Qingshang), Shunde District, Foshan City, was established in April 2010. It is a mass social organization with independent legal personality advocated by Beijiao Town government. Since its establishment, the association has taken promoting the social and economic development of the region, unity, cohesion and training of outstanding young entrepreneurs as the central task, and promoted exchanges and cooperation with young enterprises at home and abroad.

Up to now, the association has more than 260 members, are responsible for enterprises, the main industry distribution for electrical appliances, furniture and other related supporting industries, followed by machinery, electrical, chemical, paint, investment, finance, design and other industries. Among them, there are Midea Group 100 billion level enterprises and Guangdong Jingyi Metal Co., LTD., Guangdong Delmar Technology Co., LTD.

In order to further improve the comprehensive service ability and the level of meeting affairs of the Association, the Association has set up a service platform, which is composed of the president, members of the supervisory board, members and secretariat staff. The regular activity plans of the Association are discussed and decided by the members of the service platform and implemented by the secretariat.

The daily activities of the association are carried out by the Party branch and eight departments: 1, Beijiao Youth Enterprise Party Branch 2, Member service department; 3. Innovation and improvement of service department; 4. Financial Information Service Department; 5. Parent-child Service Department; 6. Expand the outreach service department; 7. Legal and Tax Service Department; 8. Charity Fund Service Department; 9. Secretariat. In accordance with their responsibilities, each department will carry out innovative multi-channel and multi-mode activities under the leadership of the minister, provide communication platforms for members, and enhance communication between entrepreneurs and government functional departments.

In June 2014, the Association established the Beikau Youth Enterprise Charity Fund to carry forward the charity spirit of "never forget the original intention and give back to the society". In November 2017, the Party branch of the Association was established, not forgetting the original intention and keeping the mission in mind. In October 2020, a volunteer service team was established to break the traditional mode of help. The association will continue to strengthen exploration and practice, strengthen its own influence and cohesion, and lead Beijiao young entrepreneurs to brave the wind and waves and sail forward.

Since its establishment, the association has organized visits to about 260 famous enterprises and member enterprises in Shunde, such as Yizhi, Liansu, Shenghui, Xiaoxiong Electric, Wuangao, etc. He has studied in more than 10 well-known universities in China, including Zhejiang University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Went to Germany, Britain, Switzerland, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam and other countries to study; Activities such as multi-stage interaction between government and enterprises, special lectures and training will be carried out. Actively build a learning platform for members to enhance the exchange of experience between entrepreneurs and promote the steady growth of enterprises.
